  1. Save the excel fields: department; last name; first name into a new sheet for each school and then Save as > Other Formats > Text (Tab delimited)
  2. In Dreamweaver select Insert > Table Objects > Import Tabular Data... > Data file: Browse... > OK
  3. Format the table. Class > matrix1
